13). Western Michigan- Still the best team most have never heard of.

14). Baylor Bears- First loss drops them in the rankings.

15). Oklahoma Sooners- Is there a hotter QB in the game than Baker Mayfield?

16). Florida State- Lost a tough one against Clemson, still a dangerous team for anyone to play.

20). Penn Sate Nittany Lions- Destroyed Purdue to continue their rise back to prominence.

21). Virginia Tech Hokies- Great win against the Pitt Panthers.

22). Utah Utes- Close loss to Washington at home, this is a very solid team that is often overlooked.

24). North Carolina Tar Heels- Bye week.

25). USC Trojans- Left for dead a month ago, the Trojans are back and playing well. QB Sam Darnold may be the best QB in L.A. , yes I said it, he is looking better than crosstown rival Josh Rosen right now.
