3) B.C.Lions

The Lions came up short in there game with Edmonton in a game that saw a third quarter rally come up short. The officials did not help the Lions in this game. Travis Lulay had another solid performance, but in the end it wasn’t enough.

4) Winnipeg Blue Bombers

Trailing by 12 with less than two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, the Blue Bombers looked down and out. But QB Matt Nichols led the Bombers on a furious comeback capped by a last-second touchdown run from RB Andrew Harris, and the Bombers had their third victory of the season 41-40.

5) Ottawa Redblacks

I know what Ottawa’s record is and I still think they are the best team in the east. The upcoming game against Winnipeg is a game that the Redblacks need to win.

6) Montreal Alouettes

The Alouettes offense is beginning to click and they are already a good defensive football team. They blew a big lead in Winnipeg, but Darian Durant seems to play a little better each week. This team is headed in their right direction and they can be a big-time player in the east.

7) Saskatchewan Roughriders

The Riders got a much needed win over the Argonauts, I still think the Riders are in for a long year, but with the offensive weapons they have they are a tough out for most anybody this year.

8) Toronto Argonauts

I know they are in first(for now), but I am not convinced that the Argos are for real. Ricky Ray has been lights out and they have a great coaching staff. I question the defense and if they have enough weapons on  offense. Ray will keep them battling for the division all year, but this looks like a .500 team at best to me.

9) Hamilton Ti-Cats

I feel no need to have to explain this, the Ti-Cats are terrible.
