It’s been 10 days and there has been a lot of movement in Free Agency. Here are the highlights and the report cards for the NFC East.

Dallas

Additions and Re-signs:

Stephen Paea (DT-Clev), Terrance Williams (WR), Jonathan Cooper (G), Darren McFadden (RB), Nolan Carroll (CB-Phi), Damontre Moore (DE-Sea), Ryan Seymour (G)

Losses:

Lance Dunbar (RB- Rams), Ronald Leary (G- Broncos), Jack Crawford (DT- Falcons), Terrell McClain (DT- Redskins), Ryan Davis (DE- Bills), Brandon Carr (CB- Ravens), Morris Claiborne (CB- Jets), Barry Church (S- Jacksonville), J.J. Wilcox (S- Tampa)

The Cowboys lost a lot on defense, namely Mo Claiborne and Barry Church, and the loss of Ronald Leary won’t help. They did re-sign a couple of key players and brought in Nolan Carroll from Philadelphia, but what they brought in doesn’t come close to out-weighing what they lost.

We’ll see what they do in the draft and if they do more to replenish their secondary, but for now…

Cowboys Grade: D

Philadelphia

Additions and Re-signs:

Alshon Jeffrey (WR-Chi), Stefen Wisniewski (G), Jaylen Watkins (S), Nick Foles (QB-KC), Najee Goode (LB), Chance Warmack (G- Tenn), Torrey Smith (WR-SF)

Losses:

Bennie Logan (DT- Chiefs), Nolan Carroll (CB- Dallas), Conor Barwin (DE- Rams)

The Eagles were able to revamp their wide receiving corps a bit by bringing in Alshon Jeffrey and Torrey Smith, which should provide Carson Wentz with some firepower. Chance Warmack gives the offensive line a boost. The defense, on the other hand, needs work. They lost Logan and Barwin up front, while Carroll left for Dallas and free agent corner Leodis McKelvin is still out there.

The Eagles need to improve on defense and add some more offensive pieces in the draft.

Eagles Grade: B-

New York

Additions and Re-signs:

D.J. Fluker (G- SD), Brandon Marshall (WR- Jets), Geno Smith (QB- Jets), Rhett Ellison (TE- Min), Jason Pierre-Paul (DE), Joshua Johnson (QB), Zak DeOssie (LS), Orleans Darkwa (RB), John Jerry (G)

Losses:

Marshall Newhouse (T- Raiders), Robbie Gould (K- 49ers)

The Giants did the key things: Re-sign Jason Pierre-Paul and brought in three offensive players that should be able to make an impact for 2017. Brandon Marshall teamed with Odell Beckham Jr. and Sterling Shepard could be deadly. Rhett Ellison was fantastic in Minnesota both as a receiver and a H-blocker in the run game.

They didn’t lose anyone critical. Obviously, they need to shore up the ground game, but all in all, the Giants are ready for the draft.

Giants Grade: B+

Washington

Additions and Re-signs:

Terrelle Pryor (WR- Clev), D.J. Swearinger (S- Ariz), Tharold Simon (CB- Ariz), Chris Carter (DE- Colts), Terrell McClain (DT- Dal), Stacy McGee (DT- Raiders), Vernon Davis (TE), Ziggy Hood (DT), Junior Galette (DE), Nick Sundberg (LS), Kirk Cousins (QB)

Losses:

Pierre Garcon (WR- 49ers), DeSean Jackson (WR- Tampa), Chris Baker (DE- Tampa)

Bringing Kirk Cousins back is enormous for a team that lost a couple of big offensive weapons in Garcon and Jackson. They will feel the loss of Chris Baker, but offensively, if Cousins doesn’t get traded, Washington will be fine as they have Terrell Pryor to go with Jamison Crowder, Josh Doctson, Vernon Davis and Jordan Reed.

They could do more to solidify the defense, but maybe they’ll draft well there.

Redskins Grade: C-
