The final week of the season is always the toughest to pick, who plays who doesn’t? We are going to take a shot at it today and see what happens.

New England at Miami

The Dolphins have been a huge surprise this season, while the Patriots have been the Patriots. New England needs a win to secure the number one seed. Miami already knows its seeding; I will go with the team that needs the win.

Patriots 27  Dolphins 17

Jacksonville at Indianapolis

The Jaguars played well last week, but the Colts have Andrew Luck, I’m going with Luck.

Colts 31  Jaguars 23

Carolina at Tampa Bay

The Bucs still have a small shot at making the playoffs, and at the very least a win gives them a winning season.

Bucs 26  Panthers 23

Chicago at Minnesota

The Bears have played better over the last few weeks, and the Vikings have been decimated by injuries after a 5-0 start. Look for Zimmer to have the Vikings ready to go out on a positive note.

Vikings 20  Bears 17

Cleveland at Pittsburgh

The Steelers are playing with Landry Jones at QB; that means the Browns have a chance.

Steelers 24  Browns 13

Buffalo at NY Jets

These two teams are a mess; I will pick the mess with the most talent here.

Bills 24  Jets 10

Dallas at Philadelphia

Dallas has nothing to play for, and I think the Eagles are headed in the right direction.

Eagles 17  Cowboys 16

Houston at Tennessee

The question here is who can score points in this game? I will go with the Titans ability to run the ball here.

Titans 13  Texans 9

Baltimore at Cincinnati

Bengals are sitting multiple players, and their offensive line is a mess.

Ravens 24  Bengals 19

Kansas City at San Diego

The Chiefs still have something to play for, but Rivers will still be dangerous.

Chiefs 27  Chargers 24

Oakland at Denver

The Raiders need this game, and I think they will get it. The Broncos seem to be in complete disarray.

Raiders 17  Broncos 10

Seattle at 49ers

This will be a mismatch.

Seahawks 30  49ers 13

Arizona at L.A.Rams

The Cardinals are finishing the season strong, and the Rams just are not very good.

Cardinals 38  Rams 16

New Orleans at Atlanta

The Falcons still have something to play for, and they are just the better team.

Falcons 34  Saints 27

NY Giants at Washington

The Redskins win and they are in the playoffs; the Giants already know their playoff destiny.

Redskins 27  Giants 20

Green Bay at Detroit

The Packers are hot, but I have a feeling Matthew Stafford is ready for the game of his life.

Lions 38  Packers 35
