Week 15 leads us to some meaningful games that will play a huge part in who will be playing in the postseason. Week 15 will also answer many questions such as, ‘Will Aaron Rodgers return?’ and ‘Can the Patriots rebound from a bad loss?’. So with all of those questions to answer, let’s take a brief look at each game and don’t forget to go to mybookie.ag to bet on the games, Good Luck!
Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions(-5.5)
My first reaction was that’s not enough points. The Lions are a contender and the Bears are a bad team. Last week the Bears looked good, but anybody that played the Bengals last week would have looked good since the Bengals decided to play dead. I think my initial reaction to this game is correct.
Lions 34 Bears 17
Los Angeles Chargers(-2) at Kansas City Chiefs
This game could very well decide who wins the AFC West this season and the teams are headed in opposite directions. I will go with the team headed in the right direction.
Chargers 27 Chiefs 17
Philadelphia Eagles(-7.5) at New York Giants
This is a mismatch even with Nick Foles starting for the Eagles. The Eagles are a complete team and the Giants are a complete mess.
Eagles 31 Giants 13
Green Bay Packers at Carolina Panthers(-2.5)
Aaron Rodgers or no Aaron Rodgers, the Panthers are just a better team. Maybe if Rodgers had been playing the last couple of weeks, the Pack would have a shot but no matter who you are, to have that much time off and to return against a very good Panthers defense will be too much to ask.
Panthers 35 Packers 24
Cincinnati Bengals at Minnesota Vikings(-11)
The Bengals quit last week and the Vikings defense will make them quit once again.
Vikings 44 Bengals 10
Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills
The Dolphins are flying high after a huge win over the New England Patriots and Dolphins fans are starting to whisper about a possible playoff run. The Bills look like they will be led again at Quarterback by Joe Webb, which doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence. No matter who plays at Quarterback, I am going to go with the Bills to win this one. There are three reasons – the Dolphins are coming off an emotional win, the Bills will be at home, and the weather will be cold.
Bills 17 Dolphins 13
Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars(-11.5)
The Jaguars are just the superior team here and I don’t see the Texans being able to score enough to even cover the spread.
Jaguars 31 Texans 9
New York Jets at New Orleans Saints(-16)
The Jets will be in trouble from the start here as I don’t see a way for them to score many points against the Saints defense.
Saints 34 Jets 10
Arizona Cardinals at Washington Redskins(-4.5)
The Redskins should win this game but with the way they have played as of late, it may be closer than expected by most fans.
Redskins 24 Cardinals 17
Baltimore Ravens(-7) at Cleveland Browns
I think the Browns could keep this game interesting, but the Ravens will pull this out in the end.
Ravens 24 Browns 16
L.A. Rams at Seattle Seahawks(-2.5)
This should be a great match up that will most likely decide the NFC West Title. The difference will be Todd Gurley and the Rams pass rush in a very close game.
Rams 24 Seahawks 23
New England Patriots(-3) at Pittsburgh Steelers
I can’t see the Patriots losing two straight games even though the Steelers are the main competition for the Patriots in the AFC.
Patriots 38 Steelers 31
Tennessee Titans at San Francisco 49ers(-1.5)
The 49ers are actually favored over the Titans! Who saw that coming? Not me and sure the 49ers are playing better, but the Titans are playing so poorly at present. I think the 49ers get another win here.
49ers 23 Titans 17
Dallas Cowboys(-3) at Oakland
The Raiders have just been a bad team this year and while the Cowboys haven’t been much better, I will side with the ‘Boys in this one.
Cowboys 28 Raiders 17
Atlanta Falcons(-6) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Atlanta is just the better team in this one and they have something to play for.
Falcons 31 Bucs 17
