As we near the end of the season I figured we would look game by game at the AFC contenders to make the playoffs. We looked at the NFC projections a couple of days ago check them out here.

AFC North

Pittsburgh Steelers(6-5) The Steelers are a very dangerous team, the schedule is not easy, but they are the most talented team in the AFC North.

New York Giants-Win

@Buffalo Bills-Loss

@Cincinnati Bengals-Win

Baltimore Ravens-Win

Cleveland Browns-Win

Final Record  10-6(AFC North Champions)

Baltimore Ravens(6-5) Tough hard-nosed football team, the game in Pittsburgh probably decides the division.

Miami Dolphins-Win

@New England Patriots-Loss

Philadelphia Eagles-Win

@Pittsburgh Steelers-Loss

@Cincinnati Bengals-Win

Final Record 9-7

 AFC West

Denver Broncos(7-4) The Broncos have QB issues, Siemen looked good against the Chiefs, but now he is hurt. Lack of offense will doom this team, but hey? I thought that last year and missed it by a mile! It would not surprise me if they end up with 11 wins either.

@Jacksonville-Win

@Tennessee Titans-Loss

New England Patriots-Loss

@Kansas City Chiefs-Loss

Oakland Raiders-Win

Final Record 9-7

San Diego Chargers(5-6) Phillip Rivers makes this a scary team to play. I know it is hard for anybody to win out, but I think they have a shot.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Win

@Carolina Panthers-Win

Oakland Raiders-Win

@Cleveland Browns-Win

Kansas City Chiefs-Win

Final Record  10-6

Kansas City Chiefs(8-3) I think the Chiefs will get in as a Wild Card, similar to the Broncos in that they have a championship defense, but nowhere near a championship offense.

@Atlanta Falcons-Loss

Oakland Raiders-Loss

Tennessee Titans-Win

Denver Broncos-Win

@San Diego Chargers-Loss

Final Record  10-6(AFC Wild Card)

Oakland Raiders(9-2) Young, talented team that looks to be the biggest threat to the Patriots.

Buffalo Bills-Win

@Kansas City Chiefs-Win

@San Diego Chargers-Loss

Indianapolis Colts-Win

@Denver Broncos-Loss

Final Record  12-4(AFC West Champions)

AFC East

Buffalo Bills(6-5) If the Bills can win one of their next two games they can make the playoffs.

@Oakland-Loss

Pittsburgh Steelers-Win

Cleveland Browns-Win

Miami Dolphins-Win

@New York Jets-Win

Final Record  10-6

Miami Dolphins(7-4) This team would not surprise me if they won out. On the other hand, they would not surprise me if they lost the rest of their games.

@Baltimore Ravens-Loss

Arizona Cardinals-Win

@New York Jets-Win

@Buffalo Bills-Loss

New England Patriots-Win

Final Record  10-6(AFC Wild Card)

New England Patriots(9-2) If Gronk really is out the rest of the season the AFC will now be wide open.

Los Angeles Rams-Win

Baltimore Ravens-Win

@Denver Broncos-Win

New York Jets-Win

Miami Dolphins-Loss

Final Record  13-3(AFC East Champions)

AFC South

Indianapolis Colts(5-6) Andrew Luck is a stud to bad he has no offensive line and very little defense.

@New York Jets-Win

Houston Texans-Win

@Minnesota Vikings-Loss

@Oakland Raiders-Loss

Jacksonville Jaguars-Win

Final Record  8-8

Tennessee Titans(6-6) Young up and coming team, if they beat Denver this week, they will win the division.

Denver Broncos-Win

@Kansas City Chiefs-Loss

@Jacksonville Jaguars-Win

Houston Texans-Win

Final Record  9-7(AFC South Champions)

Houston Texans(6-5) I do not see the Texans going on a run to the playoffs this year, they still need a QB.

@Green Bay Packers-Loss

@Indianapolis Colts-Loss

Jacksonville Jaguars-Win

Cincinnati Bengals-Win

@Tennessee Titans-Loss

Final Record  8-8
