NFC NORTH

1). Green Bay Packers (13-3)

Aaron Rodgers has all his weapons intact, plus the offensive line is much deeper. Those two factors alone make this look like a runaway in the NFC North. The Vikings losing Bridgewater solidified that.

2). Minnesota Vikings (10-6)

This team is still a contender, Mike Zimmer is a great coach and he has built a strong aggressive defense. Adrian Peterson gives them a run game, question is can Bradford do enough to get this team over the hump.

3). Chicago Bears (8-8)

Look for the Bears too be much improved from last season, especially on defense. Coach John Fox has a history of big jumps from year one to year two. If Cutler can be consistent, they could contend for a wildcard spot.

4). Detroit Lions (6-10)

How do you overcome the loss of Calvin Johnson? My guess is you don’t! That being said there’s talent on this team. I just don’t think it is enough talent to make this team a contender.

NFC EAST

1). Washington Redskins (10-6)

They have a solid offense and the defense should be improved from last year. The division will be a toss up, but the redskins are the closest thing to a complete team in this division.

2). New York Giants (9-7)

Defense should be improved and the offense should be explosive again this year. Big questions remain on the offensive line.

3). Dallas Cowboys (7-9)

Tony Romo is already out for the season. Dak Prescott looked good in the preseason, but that was preseason. They are a threat if they get solid QB play, the run game and offensive line will be very good.

4). Philadelphia Eagles (4-12)

Thank Chip Kelly for destroying a very good roster, it will take a few years to rebuild this team.

NFC WEST

1). Seattle Seahawks (12-4)

A top tier defense, and Russell Wilson seems to get better every year. Questions are with the offensive line and running game. Still with the defense they have and Russell Wilson this is still a big time contender.

2). Arizona Cardinals (11-5)

One of the most complete teams in the NFL, my problem with this team stems from Carson Palmer. Palmer seems to crack under pressure and thats why I lean towards Seattle in this division.

3). Los Angeles Rams (6-10)

Great Defensive line, great Running back. Unproven QB will spell trouble for this team in the end. Will Jeff Fisher survive another season?

4). San Francisco 49ers (3-13)

They have some pieces, just not enough. Carlos Hyde will have a great season, but QB play will be a mess and Chip Kelly is the coach.

NFC SOUTH

1). Carolina Panthers (11-5)

Should be better offensively and defensively we already know how good they are. The NFC South will be very competitive this season, which will lead to a worse record. Still a big time contender.

2). Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-6)

One of my surprise teams this year. Winston will continue to improve and he has plenty of weapons on offense. Defensively they added some help in the off season and Lavonte David is one of the best young linebackers in football.

3). Atlanta Falcons (9-7)

Offensively we know they are good, can the defense continue to improve. Coach Dan Quinn has made the Falcons a much tougher team mentally and physically.

4). New Orleans Saints (6-10)

Offensively again like last season they will be very good. Defensively they were terrible last year. I believe they will improve on defense(They have to) but not enough to make them a contender.
