Join Dexter Carter and Matt Andruscavage on the 49ers Weekly Show as they review the 49ers’ bitter defeat to the Dallas Cowboys, preview Sunday’s game against the Eagles, and discuss the 49ers and their honoring of wide receiver Dwight Clark.

The 49ers knew that in order to have a chance against Dallas, they would have to play a near-perfect game. They would have to slow the Cowboys’ offense, pressure Dak Prescott and get the defense off the field.

It started out that way, as DeForest Buckner knocked down two passes to force a three and out on Dallas’ first drive. But then, it happened. The one thing the 49ers could not afford. A turnover. Trent Taylor had the ball stripped on the punt return and Dallas never looked back.

There were many miscues, penalties, and a complete lack of execution on both sides of the ball as the 49ers lost to Dallas 40-10.
