It’s a speedy version of the Grueling Truth’s L.A. Rams 2.0 Show as podcast co-host, the former Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams great, Tony Hunter, is pressed for time! This guy’s gotta get to Atlanta before he’s shut out from the Thanksgiving feast!

Nevertheless, Tony and Rams 2.0 co-host Os Davis have lots to talk about after the week 11 debut of no. 1 overall draft pick Jared Goff at quarterback, and the defense the Rams so depend on letting them down with an inexplicable disappearing act in the fourth quarter. We assess Goff’s performance, one liking him more than the other (Hint: Tony’s the optimist) and are just generally baffled by those two long Dolphins drives.

Tony and Os also get into this week’s game at the New Orleans Saints, a matchup of offense vs defense – except that key nickel back Troy Hill won’t be suiting up after getting busted for DUI and subsequently released from the team. Can the Rams’ secondary now possibly have enough to stop Drew Brees’s multiplicity of weapons?

On the plus side, a notoriously porous and poor-tackling Saints D may allow a bit more of the Todd Gurley we saw against Miami. Here’s to hoping, we suppose…

Os Davis has been a sportswriter for [redacted] years, covering and enjoying way too much pro football (American and Canadian), basketball (NBA and international), World Cup soccer and cricket in turn. Basically, if it's a ball game and Os has a forum, he'll write about it. Os is of the opinion that advanced stastical metrics are awesome, that the addition of offensive lines to fantasy football is absolutely necessary and that the Los Angeles Lakers shall rise again. He is firmly against price-gouging of fans, Americans pooh-poohing CFL football and that @#@#$@#$ing Washington football team's name. Os currently appears on way too many podcasts, co-hosting the Rouge, White & Blue Fantasy Football Podcast, The Truth About Fantasy Football Podcast, the CFL Weekly Pick 'Em Show and the L.A. Rams 2.0 Weekly Show -- plus often the NFL Weekly Pick 'Em Show.
